Elara is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 998 or 999 in the UAE, or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

The treating clinic and clinician. They are independent providers, and all clinical decisions, advice and treatment are theirs. Elara helps you find them and book the visit.

Elara charges a small service fee when you confirm an appointment. Medical consultations are paid directly at the clinic at their standard rates. We will share exact pricing with early access members.

No. You pay the clinic directly for the consultation or treatment, at their own rates. The Elara fee covers confirming the booking, and nothing else.

Yes. We use end-to-end encryption and follow strict data protection standards. Your information is never shared without your permission.

On secure servers inside the United Arab Emirates, where it remains subject to UAE data protection law. Access is limited to authorised people on a need-to-know basis.

Only what the appointment needs: your name, contact details and appointment preferences, plus the pre-visit summary if you choose to send it.

Your medical record from the visit is held by the clinic, not by Elara. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
