For years, I approached health reactively, looking for answers when something felt wrong, seeing different specialists and often starting the story again from the beginning.
Over time, I realised I wanted something different: a way to understand my health as a whole, find the right experts before problems became bigger, and make better decisions about how I feel, perform and age.
Living in Dubai made that need even clearer. In a city where most of us came from somewhere else, building a trusted health and wellness network often means starting from zero.
